Spiced Shrimp Tacos with Slaw
These quick and punchy shrimp tacos are loaded with flavour, thanks to a generous sprinkle of Aromi’s Basaar Mix. Perfect for a speedy dinner or a casual weekend feast.

Ingredients:

500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Aromi Basaar Mix

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
8 small tortillas (corn or flour)

2 cups shredded cabbage (mix of red and green)

1 small carrot, julienned
-
2 tablespoons mayo
-
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
-
1 tablespoon lime juice
-
1 teaspoon honey
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Extra lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:

Make the Slaw:
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, yoghurt, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss through the cabbage mix until well coated. Set aside. -
Cook the Prawns:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Toss prawns with Basaar Mix until evenly coated. Sauté prawns for 2–3 minutes each side or until pink and cooked through. -
Assemble the Tacos:
Warm the tortillas. Fill each with a generous spoonful of slaw and a handful of spicy prawns. Squeeze over extra lime and serve immediately.
