Spiced Cacao Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Aromi Spices Spiced Cacao Powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter, plus extra for cooking
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, Aromi Spices Spiced Cacao Powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mixing these dry ingredients first helps to evenly distribute the cacao and leavening agents.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Ensure that these are well blended before combining with the dry ingredients.

Make the Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy – do not overmix, as this can make the pancakes tough.
