Smoothie Bowl with Spiced Granola

Ingredients:
For the Smoothie Base:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Toppings:

Method:

Blend all smoothie base ingredients until thick and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed, but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
