Smoothie Bowl with Spiced Granola

Ingredients:

For the Smoothie Base:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup Aromi Spiced Granola (made with Cinnamon Kisses)

  • Fresh berries

  • Sliced banana

  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)


Method:

  1. Blend all smoothie base ingredients until thick and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed, but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.

  2. Scoop into bowls and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

  3. Top with spiced granola, fresh fruit, and any extra seeds or drizzle you like.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your cold, crunchy, creamy bowl of goodness!
