Santorini Style Garlic Prawns
Bring a taste of the Mediterranean to your kitchen with our Santorini Style Garlic Prawns. This dish is infused with our signature Santorini Sea spice mix, creating a flavour-packed meal that's perfect for any occasion. Whether you serve it with bread, rice, or pasta, it's sure to be a hit!
Ingredients:
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Santorini Sea spice mix
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
- Bread, rice, or pasta (for serving)
Instructions:

Fry the Prawns:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the prawns to the hot pan and fry for 30 seconds on each side, just until they turn pink and start to curl.
- Remove the prawns from the pan and set them aside.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and chopped shallots. Sauté for a few minutes until they become fragrant and slightly translucent.
- Add the butter to the pan and let it melt, mixing it with the garlic and shallots.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to reduce slightly.

Combine and Finish:
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream, mixing well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the prawns to the pan and sprinkle in the Santorini Sea spice mix. Stir everything together and let it cook for another minute or two until the prawns are fully coated in the sauce and heated through.

- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
- Serve the prawns with your choice of bread, rice, or pasta.
