Ricotta & Herb Gnocchi
Crispy, creamy, herby goodness in minutes.
Ingredients:

Store-bought gnocchi

Ricotta cheese
-
Aromi Green Celebration spice blend

Olive oil
-
Salt and pepper
Method:

Heat a good splash of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the gnocchi straight from the packet (no need to boil!). Fry until golden and crispy on the outside.

Turn off the heat and toss the crispy gnocchi with dollops of ricotta and a generous sprinkle of Green Celebration.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve hot — ideally straight from the pan.
