Quick Meal : Crispy Salmon Skin with Basaar Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 tsp Aromi Spices Basaar seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 1 lemon, halved

Prepare the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon skin dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the Bazaar seasoning evenly over the salmon skin.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the seasoned salmon skin, ensuring an even coat.

Cook the Salmon:
- Heat a large pan over high heat until it’s almost smoking.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan. Press down gently with a spatula to ensure the skin makes full contact with the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and let it rest on a plate.

Make the Salad:
- In a bowl, combine the finely chopped cucumber and tomatoes.
- Season with a pinch of salt and mix well.

Char the Lemon:
- In the same hot pan, place the lemon halves cut-side down.
- Allow them to cook for 1-2 minutes until they are charred and caramelized.

Assemble and Serve:
- Serve the crispy salmon skin alongside the cucumber and tomato salad.
- Squeeze the charred lemon over the salmon and salad for an extra burst of flavor.
