🔪 Method

  1. Cook the lamb:
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add lamb mince and cook until browned. Stir in Green Celebration spice and salt, cooking for another 3–4 minutes until fragrant and cooked through.

  2. Make the yoghurt drizzle:
In a small bowl, whisk together yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, and salt until smooth.

  3. Warm the wraps:
Heat wraps or flatbreads in a dry pan or oven until soft and pliable.

  4. Assemble the wraps:
Layer greens, lamb, tomatoes, and pickled onions onto each wrap. Drizzle generously with the yoghurt sauce. Sprinkle extra herbs or chilli flakes if desired.

  5. Wrap and enjoy:
Fold and roll up your wrap. Serve warm.

💡 Tips for Success

  • Swap lamb for chicken or beef mince if preferred.

  • Add hummus or feta for extra richness.

  • These wraps are perfect for lunchboxes – just keep the sauce separate until serving.

📦 Storage

  • Leftover lamb keeps well in the fridge for 3 days.

  • Yoghurt sauce will stay fresh for up to 5 days refrigerated.
