Herbed Devilled Eggs with Green Celebration
Creamy, zesty, and full of flavour — these devilled eggs are elevated with Aromi’s Green Celebration spice blend, adding fresh herby brightness and a gentle boldness to a classic favourite.

6 large eggs

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp Aromi Green Celebration spice blend

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra brightness)
Toppings (optional but recommended):

Extra Green Celebration

Chopped fresh chives

Chilli flakes
-
Micro herbs or parsley
🥣 Method

Boil the eggs:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 9–10 minutes. Remove and place in ice water to cool fully. -
Peel & halve:
Once cool, gently peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and set the whites aside. -
Make the filling:
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Green Celebration, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. -
Pipe or spoon the filling:
Use a piping bag with a star tip (or a spoon) to fill the egg white halves with the herby yolk mixture. -
Garnish:
Top each egg with a tiny sprinkle of Green Celebration, fresh chives, chilli flakes, or herbs for a colourful and flavourful finish. -
Serve:
Arrange on a serving platter and chill slightly before serving. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
