🌿 Aromi Blend: Golden Milk
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups plain flour

1 tbsp Aromi Golden Milk blend

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp bicarb soda

½ tsp salt
-
2 eggs
-
1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

⅓ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)

1 tsp vanilla extract
To serve:

Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

Runny honey

Toasted shredded coconut
Method:

Preheat your waffle iron.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Golden Milk spice blend, sugar, baking powder, bicarb, and salt.

In a separate jug, beat the eggs, then mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined — don't overmix.

Lightly grease your waffle iron and cook waffles according to your iron's instructions (usually 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp).

Serve warm with yoghurt, a generous drizzle of honey, and toasted coconut on top.
