Golden Milk Chia Pudding Parfait

A vibrant, nourishing breakfast or snack layered with turmeric-spiced chia pudding, creamy coconut yoghurt, and seasonal fruit. Naturally sweet, dairy-free, and packed with anti-inflammatory goodness thanks to Aromi's Golden Milk spice blend.

🛒 Ingredients:

For the Golden Milk Chia Pudding:

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk (or your milk of choice)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Aromi Golden Milk Curry blend

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Parfait Layers:

  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt

  • ½ cup fresh or stewed fruit (e.g. mango, berries, poached pear)

  • 2 tbsp granola or toasted coconut flakes (optional, for crunch)

  1. Mix the chia pudding:
    In a medium jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, Golden Milk Curry blend, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.

  2. Chill overnight:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until thickened. Stir once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.

  3. Assemble the parfaits:
    In two glasses or jars, layer golden milk chia pudding with dollops of coconut yoghurt and spoonfuls of fruit. Repeat the layers and top with granola or coconut flakes if using.

  4. Serve cold:
    Enjoy as a refreshing start to your morning or a nourishing afternoon snack.
