For the chicken:

2 chicken breasts or thighs

1 tablespoon Aromi Golden Milk Spice Blend

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
For the couscous:

1 cup couscous

1 cup boiling water or chicken stock

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt, to taste

Handful of chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:

Season the chicken:
Pat the chicken dry. Rub with olive oil, Golden Milk Spice Blend, salt, and pepper until well coated. -
Cook the chicken:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5β7 minutes each side, or until golden, cooked through, and juicy. Rest for a few minutes before slicing. -
Prepare the couscous:
While the chicken cooks, place couscous in a bowl. Pour over boiling water or stock, cover with a plate, and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, then stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using. -
Serve:
Spoon couscous onto plates. Top with sliced golden chicken. Drizzle with any pan juices for extra flavour.
