✨ Ingredients:

500g baby potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1–2 tsp Aromi Santorini Sea spice blend

1 clove garlic, finely grated or minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Method:

Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan-forced).

Halve the baby potatoes and toss with olive oil and a good pinch of salt.

Spread out on a lined baking tray. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Santorini Sea blend.

While the potatoes are hot, toss them through the lemon-garlic mixture until well coated.

Garnish with fresh parsley if you like, and serve immediately!
