Garlic Lemon Roasted Potatoes

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside — these Garlic Lemon Roasted Potatoes are the perfect easy side dish. Tossed with fresh lemon and our Santorini Sea spice blend, they’re simple, vibrant, and seriously addictive.

✨ Ingredients:

  • 500g baby potatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp Aromi Santorini Sea spice blend

  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated or minced

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

👩🍳 Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan-forced).

  2. Halve the baby potatoes and toss with olive oil and a good pinch of salt.

  3. Spread out on a lined baking tray. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Santorini Sea blend.

  5. While the potatoes are hot, toss them through the lemon-garlic mixture until well coated.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if you like, and serve immediately!

🔥 Tips for Success:

  • Don’t crowd the tray — give the potatoes space to crisp up!

  • For extra zing, add an extra squeeze of lemon before serving.
