Bassar Spiced Burgers
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef or lamb
- 2 tsp Aromi's Bassar spice blend
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Brioche buns (4)
- Olive oil (for grilling)
- Your favourite toppings: cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, caramelised onions, and pickles
Method:

Prepare the burger patties: In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Bassar spice blend, salt, and flour until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Cook the patties: Heat a little olive oil in a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Toast the buns: Slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them in the same pan or grill for extra flavour.

Assemble: Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the brioche bun. Add your favourite toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelised onions, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
