Honey-Mustard Glazed Ham with Cinnamon Kisses

Ingredients

1 whole leg ham (approx. 2kg), skin removed and fat scored

½ cup honey

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp Aromi Cinnamon Kisses spice blend

Whole cloves (optional, for studding)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan-forced). Line a roasting tray with baking paper or foil.

Prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan, gently warm the honey, mustards, brown sugar, and Cinnamon Kisses over low heat until smooth and combined.

Score the fat on the ham in a diamond pattern (avoid cutting into the meat). If using, press a clove into the centre of each diamond for extra flavour and a traditional look.

Brush the ham generously with the spiced glaze, making sure it gets into all the scored grooves.

Roast the ham for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with more glaze. If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.

Rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve warm or at room temperature with fresh crusty bread, mustard, and a crisp salad.
